The study proceeds with the notion that cultural , political and religious elites have the responsibility of achieving the element of balancing and tolerance in worldviews and attitudes , more specifically ,in the circumstances of clash and division on the epistemic , etheric and political levels .

therefore , The study has shed light on AL- Sharif AL- Murtadha who set the cultural of tolerance in an age full of crossroadsand divergences on the ata .

He is , in reality , the brand mark of that age by and through his social and political behavior and , in addition , through his religious and cultural heritage .

He has often contributed to make the Iraqi society skip over the sectarian and political problems and to bridge gaps of confidence and spread the peaceful settlement among the Islamic teams in his time.
