Abstract EN

The research we are coping with is a descriptive and analytical study of work stress, work crises and how to manage them.

The research starts with a general introduction to stress as one of the results of human interaction with the surrounding world.

The research then, defines stress; give its degrees and types, and the course of stress path.

After that, the research elaborates on work stress in details, their manifestations, and the ways to confront them.

As a conclusion, the research talks about the concepts of administrative crisis occurrence and requirements of handing it, this includes adaptive flexibility, stress control, structural flexibility and application of scientific methodology through planning, organizing, implementation and follow-up.
