Among the new crimes committed by mobile phones is the happy slapping crime whereby a person commits a physical or sexual assault on the victim, then records it and then broadcasts it for the purpose of viewing and enjoying it, by broadcasting these images directly or indirectly by publishing links The electronic sites that contain images of abuse, with just a click of a button, to allow them to be viewed via the network and social media sites, so in view of the lack of criminal texts related to Algerian legislation, the matter requires legislative intervention to approve them.
