Abstract EN

In this article we deal with the writings of "Amna Belaala" according to the semiotic method, the latter is a systematic critical lesson that interest in it has increased in recent times, the field of interest in the sign has expanded and dominated the fields of research in the west, as well as among the Arabs, perhaps the most important feature of semiotic criticism is its practical and applied character.

we aim through this article to highlight the semiotic concepts and procedures adopted by “Amna Belaala” in her critical writings, initially, we dealt with the semiotic method in general, then the semiotic method in the Algerian criticism, and then Amna Belaala semiotic method, which is one of the active feminist writers in the field of Algerian literary criticis.

I touched on the traditional discourse in a distinctive and different way, I searched the Sufi discourse that has its own features.

this study went beyond the traditional proposition in analyzing Sufi texts to monitoring and analyzing textual interactions in Sufi discourse, as I examined the semiotics of patterns and how meaning is formed in traditional discourses, so I dealt with the sign as a subject in heritage knowledge, the researcher concluded that it is not all that was brought about by the western semiotic approach is new.

indeed, the Arabs were pioneers in researching these concepts even if their efforts were not organized.

we concluded that the studies presented by “Amna Belaala” “the analysis of Sufi discourse” and “the semiotics of patterns” according to the mechanisms of the semiotic method are characterized by procedural nature, accuracy and audacity in proposing.
