Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to uncover the differences between (males and females) educable intellectual disability in the skills of self protection from sexual abuse, and the research sample consisted of (40) students with educable intellectual disability, which consisted of (20) male of educable intellectual disability and (20) female of educable intellectual disability from the School of Intellectual Education in Benha, whose ages ranged between (18-12) years old, with an average age (14.550) and a standard deviation (1.3562), and the measure of self-protection skills from sexual abuse prepared by the researcher was used, and the wording of some phrases was modified to suit the application on the sample of the male with educable intellectual disability as well as female with educable intellectual disability.

The researcher also used appropriate statistical methods to arrive at the results of the study, where the t-test -test)) for independent samples through the SPSS program, and the results of the study revealed that there is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of male and female with educable intellectual disability on the scale of self-protection skills.
