English Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution forced the world to rethink and prepare for many disciplines and the emergence of new fields, the most important characteristic of which is the integration of knowledge and the possession of various skills centered on technical mastery, especially along with the emergence of many of the major challenges facing Egypt, including the challenge of pollution, increasing clean water resources, use Optimization for remote areas, energy challenge and increase of alternative energy sources, waste recycling, improving the quality of education.

Therefore, solving these problems requires integration between types of knowledge, and the acquisition of twenty-first century skills, such as communication skills, critical thinking, cooperation, creativity, the use of problem-solving method, and decision-making.


Therefore, the study in STEM schools is based on integration between academic subjects, and learning based on educational projects that aim to link the field of systematic education and field education that contributes to supporting students to employ their personal skills in interacting with the curriculum, to provide realistic solutions that are applicable To apply to meet the challenges facing their society and this requires the student to acquire several skills such as research skill, working in a team, and this makes the graduate of schools of excellence in science and technology keep pace with the nature of the era in which we live in light of the skills of the twenty-first century and the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution, so clearly different roles for the teacher appeared.

For a traditional school teacher
Therefore, working in schools of excellence in science and technology requires mastering the teacher many skills in order to be able to contribute to building the personality of the learner
