Management is one of the most important milestones for progress and development, as it has become an important factor in defining civilization throughout the ages.

The management of sports federations and coaches is one of the topics that has received great attention from researchers in various fields of knowledge.

Hence the importance of the research lies in the adoption of strategic intelligence and its relationship to forwarding to direct the departments of sports federations, coaches and those responsible for the game of volleyball towards achieving its goals.

As for the research problem, is there any future vision and foresight of what volleyball sports will be like for members of federations and administrative authorities of volleyball sports clubs? As for the goal of the research, it is to identify the level of strategic intelligence according to the foresight of the members of the Iraqi volleyball federations.

As for the third chapter, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method in order to suit his problem, goals and nature of the research.
