Abstract EN

This study aimed to submit a suggested proposal and discover the administrative practices of secondary school leaders in the light of the Wasatiyyah (Islamic moderation) concept from the teachers’ point of view in Al-Kharj Governorate, A descriptive survey research method was used in this study.

Questionnaires.

The researcher implemented the questionnaire on all Al-Kharj’s secondary school leaders, numbering 505, according to education department statistics in Al-Kharj (2016-2017).

Using the Morgan tables, the researcher selected the study sample of (335) teachers and (5) experts in the educational supervision and leadership field.

After data analysis, the researcher found that the overall score of the administrative practices of secondary school leaders in the light of the Wasatiyyah (Islamic moderation) concept from the teachers’ point of view in Al-Kharj governorate was very high.

It was also found that the second axis, the third axis "Evaluation Practices of Leader” with an average of (3.82) and (high) degree of approval.
