Abstract EN

The current research aimed to develop a matrix of the scope and sequence of the intellectual security concepts and identify the level of acquisition of such concepts among the middle school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

For achieving the aim of the study, the descriptive survey method and a scope and sequence matrix of the intellectual security concepts were developed.

Furthermore, A tests was constructed for the intellectual security concepts in the light of the proposed matrix.

The test was administered to a random stratified sample consisting of (402) third grade primary school students in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Madinah Al Munawwarah, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

The results of the study produced the proposed scope and sequence matrix and resulted in achieving the required level of acquiring the concepts of intellectual security among the middle school students.

Moreover, the results also showed that there is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between the hypothetical mean and the statistical one in terms of the study sample's acquisition of the concepts of intellectual security.

There was a statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the responses of the study sample attributed to the educational region.
