Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the professional needs of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder in the capital city of Amman and its relationship to some variables.

Descriptive analytical approach was used.

The study sample consisted of (73) teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder.

The researcher used a scale which developed by Hamdan (2018.

The study concluded that the overall score of professional needs for teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder came high in all dimensions theoretically and practically.

Also the results showed that there were no significant differences in the professional needs of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder attributed to the gender and educational level variables.
