Criteria for applying governance mechanisms and their impact on developing organizational communication and improving performance in Saudi government institutions: a field study

The study sought to achieve a major goal of identifying the governance standards applied in Saudi government institutions, and their impact on developing organizational communication and improving performance in those institutions, and highlighting the impact of an efficient and effective system of governance mechanisms in government institutions on improving the performance of their employees, in addition to monitoring Challenges and obstacles that may face the application of governance mechanisms in Saudi government institutions, The study was based on building its variables and interpreting their results on service quality models, and the survey method was used, and within its framework a sample of 200 individual workers in government institutions represented by Aramco - the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia - the Saudi Electricity Company was surveyed, and a questionnaire tool was used to find out their opinions On the application of corporate governance mechanisms, the study reached several important results, including: The method used to implement the standards and mechanisms of corporate governance in the institutions of the study sample was mandatory, as well as the existence of statistical differences in the extent of the impact of a robust and effective system of corporate governance on the competitiveness of the institution, as well as the differences in favor of those who belong to Aramco.
