Abstract EN

The current study aimed to find out the extent of the training’s contribution to improving the performance of employees in the University Services Directorate of Ain Defla State, as it was relied on a facilitated sample of 100 workers in the institution, using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, the SPSS program (21) and a set of statistical tools for analysis.

The results of the study concluded that: The attitudes of the study sample individuals were positive towards the terms of both training and employee performance, the degree of approval is acceptable, as well as the mean value of all statements of the two variables was “positive
