The study aims to explore the most important determinants of the quality of higher education services at Saida University, so that it included a sample of (150) students, using statistical analysis with the help of (SPSS.

22) program, by applying the method of factor analysis in order to extract the factors and classify them into groups.

It was reached to extract four specific factors for the quality of higher education in Saida university, which are represented in: the quality of the academic and educational service, the quality of the university's infrastructure, the quality of laboratories, and the quality of external relations.
