Abstract EN

The phenomenon of corruption in its various forms constituted a real knot in most countries of the world.

Therefore, the latter sought to conclude many international and regional agreements to limit the spread of this phenomenon and to translate it into its national laws, including Algeria Which has paid great attention to this issue in recent years and which has embodied it through the establishment of a specialized body of a constitutional nature called the "National Authority for the Prevention and Control of Corruption", and set its legal framework through which it defines its legal nature as well as the organizational and functional aspect in which the latter exercises its powers and makes it a mechanism for suppressing Fighting corruption, recognizing the principle of the rule of law on the one hand, and protecting the national economy and public funds on the other hand.
