International conventions and national legislation have paid great attention to children, by stipulating the various rights and aspects of social and psychological care to which the child is entitled, and among the aspects of care, the prohibition of the use of children who have not reached the legal age for employment, and in more depth the prohibition of the use of children in hazardous or prohibited work And this prohibition comes in order to complement the system of care guaranteed by legislation for the child.

This article aims to explain the aspects of the prohibition of the use of children in dangerous work, as well as detail some of these actions, and the legal aspects of this prohibition, in some comparative legislation.
