Arabic Abstract

يعد التعليم الهجين أنسب استجابة تعليمية لمواجهة جائحة كورونا المستجد COVID-19، كونه يسمح بمشاركة الطلاب في أنشطة التعليم عبر المنصات الرقمية بالتزامن مع تفعيل التعليم داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، و يفيد في مواجهة زيادة الكثافة الطلابية، و يزيد من فرص التعلم بعيدا عن محددات الزمان و المكان في التعليم التقليدي، كما ساعد تطبيق التعليم الهجين في تنمية البراعة التنظيمية لعضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية من عدة جوانب و هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف وجهة نظر عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية في الدور الذي يحققه التعليم الهجين في تنمية براعتهم التنظيمية والتوصل إلى بعض المقترحات لتحسين هذا الدور.

و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتم إعداد استبانة حول دور التعليم الهجين في تنمية البراعة التنظيمية ببعديها (الاستكشاف و الاستغلال) لديهم وتم التطبيق خلال شهر مارس 2021 على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس و معاونيهم بكلية البنات للآداب و العلوم و التربية بجامعة عين شمس وكلية التربية جامعة حلوان وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج أهمها أن لعب التعليم الهجين دورا بارزا في تنمية البراعة التنظيمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة وذلك في بعدي الاستكشاف و الاستغلال وان كان هناك زيادة طفيفة في بعد الاستغلال عن الاستكشاف حيث ساهم في زيادة فرص استثمار قدراتهم في رفع مستوى الأداء المهني كما ساعد في ارتفاع مهاراتهم في مواجهة تحديات كل ما هو جديد كما شجعهم في بناء مجتمعات التعلم بتبادل الخبرات بين الزملاء

English Abstract

Hybrid education is the most appropriate educational response to confront the new Corona pandemic, COVID-19, as it allows students to participate in education activities through digital platforms in conjunction with the activation of education within educational institutions, and is useful in facing the increase in student density, and increases learning opportunities away from the determinants of time and place in education The application of hybrid education also helped in the development of the Organizational Ambidexterity of the faculty member in Egyptian universities from several aspects.

The study aimed to survey a sample of faculty members in Egyptian universities on the role that hybrid education achieves in developing their Organizational Ambidexterity from their point of view, and to reach some proposals To improve this role, The study used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was prepared to express the opinion of faculty members about the role of hybrid education in developing their Organizational Ambidexterity in two dimensions: exploration and exploitation.

The study reached some results, the most important of which are: Hybrid education played a prominent role in developing the Organizational Ambidexterity of faculty members from the point of view of the study sample in the two dimensions of exploration and exploitation, and if there was a slight increase in the exploitation dimension of exploration, as it contributed to increasing the opportunities for investing their capabilities in raising The level of professional performance, as it helped in raising their skills in facing the challenges of everything new, and encouraged them in building learning societies by exchanging experiences among colleagues
