Abstract EN

The importance of the relationship between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region and the consequent mutual obligations at the constitutional, political, security and administrative levels and the multiple problems that it generated in a modern state in the federal system and the recent democracy and popular participation.

Accordingly, the research started with the following main question: What is the nature of the relationship between the federal government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government? Is it a normal relationship or is it a problematic relationship? What are the types of problems that accompany this relationship? The researcher defined the objectives of this research which seeks to: Explain the depth of the problems that hinder many of the paths of development for both sides and this through three main axes: The first axis: constitutional problems The second axis: political problems The third axis: the future relationship between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government
