Abstract EN

Through this study, we tried to determine the level of applying governance principles and their impact on sustainable development, in order to achieve the objective of the study we prepared a two-axis questionnaire (governance principles, sustainable development dimensions), and distributed the questionnaire to a random sample of the national marble company (skikda).

The study concluded: a moderate application of the governance principles as well as sustainable development; a statistically significant impact of the application of governance principles to sustainable development, which is reflected in the dimensions of disclosure and transparency, and guaranteeing shareholders' rights.
