It was concluded that the march of the economies of the Arab oil-exporting countries proved that the dominance of the oil sector did not make any positive structural changes in its structure, and that the increasing dependence on this resource made their economies continuously subject to fluctuations in oil prices, which was directly reflected in the exacerbation of the phenomenon of structural imbalances.
