This study aims to clarify the reality of the traditional industries and handicrafts sector in the state of Jijel, and how it contributes to activating the tourism sector in the state, and in order to achieve this, an analytical study was conducted with the help of various statistics provided by the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts in the state of Jijel in 2020 and other sources.

Among the findings in this study is that the state of Jijel has a large and varied tourism potential, including the traditional industry and crafts sector, which in turn contributes to the tourism development in the state, through promotional events that are an effective element in attracting tourists and stimulating tourism in the region, if it is done.
