Abstract EN

The study aims to demonstrate the impact of strategic intelligence in achieving institutional excellence by studying a sample of economic institutions in Biskra and the relationship between them.

We relied on the questionnaire tool, which was distributed to 49 frameworks (director, department head, and department head) in the concerned institutions and was analyzed by the SPSS.

The study concludes that the sample is aware of sufficient intelligence and has the ability to see future trends, motivate employees, and urge them to work in order to reach a partnership, expand business and achieve excellence.
