Abstract EN

The study is concerned with knowing the impact of the core competencies on the competitive position in Belghith Grand Mills through organizational learning, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used a main tool for data collection and then processed by the SPSS and Smart PLS program.

The study used the descriptive and analytical approach to answer the study's questions and test its hypotheses.

The results of the statistical analysis showed a significant impact on the core competencies by focusing on their sources in the competitive position.

If the core competencies increase, their direct and indirect impact through organizational learning increases positively in the competitive position.

The study concluded that the company should continue to enhance and strengthen its core competencies and support organizational learning because of their positive impact on the competitive position.
