This study aims to clarify the importance of sukuk as a modern and effective technique to bring in money and less risk than bonds, considering that sukuk are an alternative way to bonds to provide financing needs with less risk, where they dealt with the most important basic differences between bonds and sukuk, their types and the most important characteristics of Islamic sukuk from other types of investment instruments traded between different dealers.

This study concluded that various types of Sukuk contribute to improving Capital management, And achieving goals that allow it to reach a higher level of efficiency, especially as it provides investors with a high degree of confidence.
