The application of E-Administration, at the level of public and private services sectors has become a service revolution.

And represents an inevitable and indispensable trend in the age of technology and the digitalization, and it has resulted in the development and modernization of many public and private sectors.

And since the Local communities are among the most important administrative bodies in the state, as they are the link between the government and the citizen at the local level and are primarily responsible for providing administrative services to citizens, taking care of them, developing them and modernizing their services has become one of the priorities of the Algerian government.

Which sought to implement E-administration at the level of local communities, by drawing governmental projects and programs on top of which is the "electronic municipality" project.

for which the state was keen to harness all material, technical and scientific capabilities in order to ensure its realization on the one hand, It performs its tasks according to the approach set for it in a way that ensures access to modern and advanced local services on the other hand.
