Abstract EN

This study aims to identify sustainable consumer behavior and highlight its role in achieving sustainable development goals in Algeria, as it is one of the developing countries that have adopted this development model.

It was concluded that the consumer is one of the important parties in achieving the goals of sustainable development because his consumer behavior directly affected them, and led to the occurrence of many environmental, social and economic problems.

a set of mechanisms have been proposed to make the Algerian consumer behavior sustainable.
