Abstract EN

Through this study, we seek to highlight the importance of quality in all areas of modern life in general and higher education in particular, and among the main reasons for using total quality management in Algerian higher education institutions, globalization and information and communication technology, the knowledge economy and the low ranking of Algerian universities in the global ranking Therefore, it can be said that Algerian higher education institutions should use information and communication technology as an entry point to achieve the quality of higher education, to know the reality of using information and communication technology in Algerian higher education institutions.
