Adopts the current research study time management Bewail (personal, organizational, and social) as the independent variable and work pressure Bewail (role conflict, role ambiguity, workload, physical working conditions), the research seeks to achieve the goal of representing test the relationship between time management and work pressure and the impact of one on the other, in order to achieve this goal has been to build hypotheses President and was named technical Institute / Babylon, a society for the study, and emerged including several hypotheses subsidiary, has formed research sample (12), head of the Department, who occupy positions of heads of departments in the surveyed organization with a choice of deliberate intentionality of the sample heads of departments in the technical / Babylon Institute The research found the results to a number of them, for example:- 1-The majority of the sample affect them personal and organizational obstacles and social, and that the time to have an important factor for the performance of any work of the Organization 2- that there is a correlation between the administration and the effect of time and the pressures of the working relationship The study concluded to provide a set of recommendations, including:- 1- Organization management attention to improving working conditions and providing a social and regulatory environment to reduce the pressures of work and raising awareness of the importance of time management 2- organization and internal distribution of tasks and activities of management between workers according to their powers for the purpose of ensuring the rapid completion of work efficiently and mastering.
