Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the effects of validation on the community in a sample of the employees of Majmaah University.

The study assumes that there is a statistically significant relationship between the effects of validation and the community in a sample of the employees of Majmaah University.

The study answers a main question: What are the effects of validation on the community in a sample of the employees of Majmaah University?.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to find out the effects of validation on the community.

The researcher used the questionnaire to collect the data so as to achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the study.

After statistical treatment using spss program and Alpha Kronbach test, the researcher has reached many results among the (85) respondents from the employees of Majmaah University.

The most important ones are: There is a statistically significant relationship between the effects of validation and the community, and the awareness of the importance of validation is highly common among the employees of the college based on the average of the main statement of thestudy questionnaire which amounted to 4.62 with the ratio 92.3%.
