The Lebanon Parliament had elected (Bisharrah Al-Khoury) as Lebanon Republic president in 21 th September 1943 , and the Lebanon Government has been constituted by (Riad Al-Sulh) in 25 th September 1943 , The Prime Minster confirmed during a ministerial statement that his government would taka upon their shoulders to a chive complete Lebanon national depended and adjustment that Lebanon constitution as suitable as the dependency.

According to that , the Lebanon parliament meet on 8 th November , and cancelled everything related to the France occupation , the Republic President (Bisharrah Al-Khoury) singed on the a mending resolution and published in the official news on 9 th November 1943 , the a mending constitution issue dissatisfied the French commission and that lead the French authorities to arrest the Republic President (Bisharrah Al-Khoury) an Prime Minster ((Riad Al-Sulh) and smoother minsters on 11 th November 1943.

That French procedures had International and Arab Relations that lead most Arab countries to solidarity with Lebanon’s side and the Arab reaction was too server and effective : Iraq , Egypt , Saudi Arabia and Syria stood beside Lebanon government and asked the French authorities to release immediately members of the Lebanese government and return the constitutional life into Lebanon.

As for the international attitudes towards the crisis , The British attitude was more serious and too strong towards the crisis .
