D23 This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative leadership patterns (autocratic, democratic, free) in the burnout of workers, the study was applied to a sample of workers in the municipalities of Bouchegouf Daira.

To that end, a resolution was developed which included (32) statements distributed to a sample of workers in those municipalities with a volume of (120) research retrieved from (90) and the number of questionnaires valid for study (75) questionnaires.

After applying the tool to the sample and analysis using the Social Science Statistical Package Program, the study found several results: The pattern of democratic leadership is prevalent in the municipalities under study; there is a moderate sense of burnout for workers in these municipalities; There is a statistically significant positive effect relationship to autocratic leadership pattern in the level of burnout for workers while there is a statistically significant inverse effect relationship to the pattern of democratic leadership in the burnout of workers and the lack of an impact relationship between the pattern of free leadership and of burnout for workers; statistically significant differences exist at a significant level (0.
