Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the impact of establishing the requirements of the integrated management system (quality, environment and occupational safety) on the overall sustainable performance of Fertial company.

The study contained two parts, the first highlighted the concept of integrated management system and the most important requirements for localization in business organizations, in addition to dissecting the concept of the overall performance of the organization in the framework of sustainability and highlighting its most important components and measurement indicators.

Whereas The second is application that dealt with dropping the subject of the study on the company "Fertial" which is one of the Algerian domestic companies of the integrated system, in order to determine the relationship of correlation and impact between the latter and the total performance of the company under study in the framework of the requirements of sustainable development, through the distribution of a questionnaire on a sample of 38 individuals and analyzed using the statistical analysis program SPSS.

The study concluded that there was a significant positive correlation between the independent variable (the integrated system of quality management and the environment and occupational safety) and the dependent variable (overall sustainable performance of Fertial company).
