Abstract AR
يهتم هذا البحث بتحليل واقع تسوية المدفوعات الدولية عن طريق أنظمة الدفع الإلكترونية المستخدمة في البنك المركزي العراقي للمدة 2006-2016 (إذ أن عام 2006 هو بداية عمل هذه الأنظمة في العراق) وتطور تحويلات أنظمة الدفع الإلكترونية الأخرى وواقع وتطور عمليات نافذة العملة للبنك المركزي العراقي في تلك المدة بوصفها الطريقة الرئيسة لتسوية الجانب الاستيرادي للاقتصاد العراقي و مخاطرها القانونية.
Abstract EN
We analyze in this research the reality of the settlement of international payments through electronic payment systems used in the Central Bank of Iraq for the period 2006-2016 (since 2006 is the beginning of the work of these systems in Iraq) and the evolution of transfers of other electronic payment systems and the reality and evolution of currency window operations of the Central Bank of Iraq in That period as the main way to settle the import side of the Iraqi economy and legal risks.
