يعد الهيكل المالي من بين اهم الموضوعات التي نالت اهتمامات البحث العلمي في مجال الإدارة المالية، اذ ظهرت عدة نظريات حول أمثليه اختياره للمنظمات المالية )المصارف(، و تفسير السلوك التمويلي لها، وعلى الرغم من كل المحاولات التي قامت بتفسير اختيار الهيكل المالي الأمثل إلا أنه لم يتفق على نظرية محددة لحد الآن بهذا الخصوص.
استندت الدراسة الى معضلة فكرية تطرح تساؤلاً مفاده كيف تحديد الهيكل المالي في ظل تأثيره بالمتغيرات الملموسة و غير الملموسة ؟ و لإجابة عن ذلك تطلب الأمر استخدام التحليل العنقودي Analysis Cluster الذي يقوم قياس كل من المتغيرات الملموسة التي تمثلت في القوائم المالية للمصارف والمفصح عنها في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية للسنوات 2017-2016-2015 ، و المتغيرات غير الملموسة المتمثلة بمحددات قياس الهيكل المالي) المخاطر العمر( و خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها بناء نموذج يمكن تطبيقه في المصارف الخاصة، لغرض تحديد الهيكل المالي باستخدام التحليل العنقودي Analysis Cluster الذي يحقق هدفها بتعظيم القيمة السوقية.

The financial structure is among the most important topics that have received the interests of scientific research in the field of financial management.
Agreement on a specific theory.
So far, there is no agreement among scholar regarding the theory.
The study was based on an intellectual dilemma that raises a question on how to determine the financial structure in light of its impact on tangible and intangible variables.
2017-2016-2015.
the intangible variables represented by the determinants of measuring the financial structure (risk-age).
The study concludes a set of conclusions, including building a model that can be applied in private banks, for the purpose of determining the financial structure using cluster analysis, which achieves its objective of maximizing market value.
