The social, cultural and economic changes that many societies are experiencing have led to the spread of the phenomenon of violence in the school environment due to the contradiction of opinions and judgments.

The violence in school is a global problem and enters as a singular covering a wide range of behaviors of various manifestations and activities.

This phenomenon has becomes a sociological and social problem that imposes itself anywhere.

The interest in the phenomenon of violence in educational institutions was the result of a general development and awareness of its danger to entire generations and the spread of its effects to all aspects of social life, which threatens to destabilize the social system and psychological security, which is considered a humanitarian necessity.

This interest resulted in the multiplicity of studies in various disciplines that dealt with the issue of violence in the school environment.

This research is an attempt to limit the causes and factors leading to violence through a field study in order tosearch for appropriate solutions to manage this phenomenon by the administrative and educational staff.
