Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to identify the Rates of Alienation and self-esteem among Statelessness and Kuwaitis, as well as the differences between Statelessness and Kuwaitis.

Finally identify the relationship between Alienation and self-esteem.

An electronic version of the Alienation Scale and the Self-Esteem Scale were made.

The final sample (240) was selected randomly from two Kuwaiti secondary schools in the Ministry of Education, The eleventh and twelfth secondary classes of the literary section, (120) Kuwaitis, and (120) Statelessness, ages ranged between (16-19) years.

Who completed the electronic copy of the scales on social networks (WhatsApp).

the results indicate high rates of Alienation and low rates of self-esteem among Statelessness, as well as the results indicate significant differences between the Kuwaitis and Statelessness averages on the Alienation scale and the self-esteem scale, where the Statelessness obtained a higher average than the Kuwaitis average in the Alienation scale.

Statelessness also scored below average for Kuwaitis in the self-esteem scale.

Also the result indicate significant negative correlations between Alienation and self-esteem.
