Abstract EN

The present study explores the sensible image since it is considered a prominent pattern of the poetic image.

It examines some poems by Mardj Al-Kuhl the Andalusian (554 AH-634 AH), which has played an important role in drawing beautiful poetic scenes.

It also contributed to the creation of images related to sight.

Hence, the study aims to scrutinize some of the aesthetic aspects of the visible image, since it is noticeably employed by the poet compared to his use of other sensible images.

It attempts to answer the following question: how does the visible image contribute to the aesthetics of the poetic image in the poetry of Mardj Al-Kuhl the Andalusian? To answer this question, the study employs an analytical method to some verses.

The findings show that the senses are an important source that Mardj Al-Kuhl has recourse to for his poetic images, especially the visible images that he uses a lot in his poetry and that reveal his skill and uniqueness.
