Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of Management Information Systems in improving the Quality of the Employees' Performance in the Directorate of Local Administration M'sila.

Where the most important basic concepts related to all Management Information Systems and the Quality of the Performance of Employees were addressed.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon and the questionnaire was used as a basic tool to collect information from the study sample consisting of 94 employees.

The local administration's low level of interest in developing Management Information Systems was reached, and the Quality of its Employees 'Performance was low, which led to the existence of an effect of Management Information Systems in improving the Quality of the Employees' Performance in the Directorate under study.
