Diagnosis of the limitations, obstacles that affect its performance of a clear role in the balances of the troubled regional environment, its performance is apparent in light of the lack of determination of the supreme interests of the country and the existence of vagueness in the common goals of the various political actors.

While the problem of the study is represented by a central question related to the extent of the influence of the intertwining of national interests among the active forces in the Iraqi political scene, according to the vision and interpretation of each of them.

In addition to what the blurring of the objectives between them in the movements of the Iraqi political performance in the regional balances, with the argument "there is a lack of clarity of visions, goals, interests among the various actors in the Iraqi political scene, which consequently affected the overall government political performance".
