The researcher relied mainly on the analytical approach in addressing all the research issues contained in it, starting with the liberalization of the criteria of emergency excuse from the doctrinal applications contained in the ijara section, and the realization of the intended meanings, and what is suitable for the impossibility, and then applying them to the Virus Coved-19.
