English Abstract

The concept of a commercial mediation contract, its parties and pillars, and the legal implications of it have been shed light on, and the study concluded that the work of the mediator and commercial mediation is known in most areas of dealing, especially in commercial dealings, and that commercial mediation is of great importance at the present time due to the difficulty of direct contact between people Those who wish to contract, which in most cases requires the use of a mediator who brings together the two parties to the contract, and the importance of mediation is not limited to facilitating the conclusion of commercial contracts, such as the contract of sale, insurance, transport and others, but rather to civil contracts such as selling, buying and renting all real estate.

All texts dealing with mediation were considered businessConsidering the mediation contract as a contract like all other contracts, it must have the necessary elements of satisfaction, location and legitimate reason, and be correct and free of defects issued by a person who has the necessary legal capacity, and results in a set of legal effects for both parties.
