And that the ease of providing it continuously ensures the continuity of the flow of production without stopping، and whenever we reduce the cost of providing it at the extraction site، we are assured of achieving the most profitable product and thus guarantee the success of that project economically، and since the economic situation in Iraq as a result of wars، terrorism، and financial and administrative corruption that suffered from it makes the investment restriction that Resources from the state only are not useful.

We should search for economic solutions for investment through the national private sector and foreign direct and indirect investment as well as joint investment in those projects to advance the economic reality of Iraq and the development of industrial and economic projects in it.
