English Abstract
As a result of the Ministry of Health's failure to find out about cases of addicts of hashish, opium and even pills of all kinds, despite its statement that there are cases, it was not able to realistically reach a case of using hashish and opium, which forced the researcher to clarify how to provide solutions and who is responsible for providing solutions from The state, the role of the media, schools, families, and drug addicts' care institutions, as well as the psychological and social factors that necessitate the need for drug abuse.
