English Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of dual education strategies on developing language skills and for fifth grade primary school students.

To verify the goal of the research, the researcher developed the following zero hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of students of the experimental group who are studying reading with dual education strategies, and the average scores of students of the control group who study the same subject in the traditional way.

The researcher followed the semi-experimental approach, and the research community consisted of fifth-grade primary students in the schools affiliated to the General Directorate in Qadisiyah Education, and the sample included (65) students.

The researcher rewarded the students of the two research groups in the following variables: (the time age is calculated by months, the academic achievement of parents, tribal tests of language skills and mental flexibility, then he tried to control a number of exotic variables that the literature and previous studies indicated may affect this type of experimental designs.

The researcher personally taught the students of the experimental groups with the strategies of dual education, and control in the traditional way during the duration of the experiment that lasted a whole semester (the first.) The researcher prepared two tests as a research tool applied to the two experimental and control groups at the end of the experiment, and by using the T-test for two independent samples, the search yielded the following result: There is a difference between the two groups in developing language skills and mental flexibility in favor of the experimental group, and in light of this the researcher concluded a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals
