The importance of the research is summarized by presenting a presentation of strategic intelligence that includes the concept of strategic intelligence for scout leaders and because this topic is a necessity that leaders today cannot dispense with in any way.

Especially in our present time, leaders must be aware and able to deal with the roving in an innovative leadership style and method, and one of the goals of this research is to build and apply the strategic intelligence scale for scout leaders in scouting camps from the perspective of the ranger, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community consists of the scout camp roving, and the sample was chosen by the deliberate method and consisted of the scout camp roving, numbering (144) roving, and the researcher concluded building a measure of strategic intelligence, strategic intelligence for scout leaders in scout camps Leaders to diagnose the causes of problems, threats, and opportunities to the Scout camp and thus take appropriate decisions.

Either the researcher's most important recommendation is the necessity of clear knowledge from scout leaders of the importance of strategic intelligence as a modern method in managing scout camps.
