The researcher dealt in the first chapter the importance of the study of social deviation is a serious social phenomenon of individuals or individuals deviant from the standards and values of society, the reasons and work to develop ways to address them, Due to the absence of historical studies on the manifestations of social deviation in football players for the period (2003-2011), the aim of the research to build and standardize the questionnaire to identify the manifestations of social, the second chapter dealt with the topics related to the subject of the research, namely, the definition of social deviation, its types, levels and characteristics, the elements of deviant elements in society, as well as the history of football, both ancient and modern.

(2003-2011), the total number of (605) and applied the scale on them and adopted their results, while the fourth chapter has been presented results analyzed and discussed according to the researcher, supported by the sources and opinions of experts and specialists in sociology of sports The researcher concluded that the measure prepared by the researcher is capable of measuring the social deviation according to the field of control over the age of the players.

The researcher recommended adopting the scale by the governmental bodies to improve the status of this important segment.
