The research aims to identify the extent of availability of Total quality management requirements and its contribution to achieving service quality in the researched organization in order to ensure high quality health services that satisfy patients.

The research hypotheses were developed to achieve its objectives and directions.

30 questionnaires were distributed to workers at Salah al-Din General Hospital in Salah al-Din Governorate and were retrieved The main research hypotheses were fully tested using pattern analysis to distinguish the dimensions of the research according to their availability in the researched health organization and the (t) test to find out the extent of their contribution to achieving service quality.

Service in the health organization, and based on the conclusions reached by the research, the researchers presented a set of proposals, the most important of which is that the researched organization should pay attention to the requirements of total quality management, as these requirements are necessary to achieve service quality and thus achieve customer satisfaction.
