Abstract EN

The study aimed at revealing the effectiveness of educational policies in the Higher Education from the viewpoint of academic leaders and decision makers in Jordanian universities.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (31) paragraphs divided into five areas measuring the effectiveness of educational policies in the Ministry of Higher Education، (247) employees and employees.

The sample of the study consisted of (247) employees and employees.

The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the educational policies in the Ministry of Higher Education was high.

The results also showed statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (0.05 = α) between the average estimates of the sample in the fields of Accreditation and quality assurance، financial finance and cultural relations) of the reality of educational policies in the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan from the point of view of leaders and decision makers due to the difference in sex variable where the differences were in favor of males، and the results showed the existence of statistically significant differences attributed to the name The differences were in favor of the administrative and financial staff.

There were statistically significant differences due to the difference of the qualified variable in favor of the doctorate، and recommended many recommendations، the most important of which are: To form a specialized team that involves the technical، administrative and academic leaders to formulate the general policy and develop future plans Procedures and updated job description continuously
