There are a number of objectives that can be reached through the study: 1- Preparation and design of two curricula using the electronic mindfulness course in accordance with the model Carbels and Baby in the cognitive achievement, learning and retention of some of the skills of the platform jump in gymnastics for students.2.

Identify the differences between the pre and post tests of the three research groups (experimental and control) in cognitive achievement, learning and retention of some jumping platform in the gymnastics for students.3.

Identify the differences in the post-test between the three research groups (experimental and control) in cognitive achievement, learning and retention of some of the skills of the platform jumping in gymnastics for students.4.

Identify the differences in the retention test between the three research groups (experimental and control) in the cognitive achievement, learning and retention of some of the skills of jumping platform in gymnastics for students.

The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research and the problem, the researchers have conducted their research on the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of Baghdad to represent the research community, which number (92) students have been excluded (32) of the students who failed and delayed and practitioners of the game, and thus reached the final sample (60) students, the sample consisted of three divisions (B, C, D) were distributed into three groups (two experimental and one control group), and the teacher of the material under the supervision of researchers implemented the curriculum on the two experimental groups and by (12) educational units for each skill The ground rug in Al Jamnas K rate (4) educational units for each group and a time of 90 minutes according to the curriculum time devoted to teaching basic skills' body.

The recommendations are as follows: 1 - the need to use the strategy of the educational mind cycle e-gymnastik in particular and other games in general.2 - the need to pay attention to the establishment and design of scientific laboratories, which include all the various educational techniques faculties of physical education and sports science to be used in the preparation of the student.
