Its has become transitional justice among the most prominent concepts and international wafare that procedes the emegence of contemporary democratic societies, many ciuntries and international organization, particularly the united nations play a prominent role in the success of transitional justice experiences, yo the extent this organisation has made a major impact in establishing the principles of this justice and defining its concepts, this is bast on the conflicts and experiences that the united nation has fought in the of transitional justic, they are experiences that lead to trying to find internatonal concept this justic, these experiences are based on various partical implications of drawn from the reality of international partice, or rerived from the challanges facing transitional justice experinces, or derived from logical inplicatons that stem from the exprience and presence of the united nations in most transitional justice issues, this approach which is still up to today consists of resolutions recommendations and separate declarations issued by the united nations, it can culminate in an explicit internatonnalist model of transistional justice, it deals with the organization of the latter in its various aspects, however, if it is a very important model the nit includes many concentrrns fron developing countries.
