The present paper aims at finding out the degree of the resilience for university students in which the population is represented by the university students at morning studies during the academic year (2020-2021) who are averaged (14000), i.

, (5242) male and female students from the scientific departments and (8758) from from the human sciences depatments.

So, the research sample is (400) students from the university of wasit.

After reviewing the previous related studies the researcher has built a scale for measuring the resilience which consists of 30 items.

The psychometric principles; validity and reliability.

The reliability has been secured by choosing a sample of 40 students using test - retest and Alph Cronpach formula.

The data have been analysed using SPSS.

The results showed that university students at wasit university have a good resilience degree.
